PURE BEE HONEY

Our apiaries are located at more than 1,000 m above sea level, on our Prados Galanes farm, in the Bustarviejo Valley, and in the term de El Paular, Rascafría, in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
Mountain apiaries are the ones that obtain honey of the most diverse botanical origin, dominated by wild flowers, giving rise to a dense honey, with a delicate and delicious flavor. Our honey is obtained by hand, it is pure and natural, "it is alive", it preserves all the enzymes that give it beneficial nutritional qualities for health. Being raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized honey, it presents traces of pollen, propolis and wax; keeping all its essence and properties intact. An authentic product whose tasting means going back to the basic principles of a primal, healthy and natural diet.
INGREDIENTS: Wild mountain flower honey.
TASTING NOTES: Very dark amber colour. Intense and persistent flavor. Sweet taste with salty notes. Very viscous liquid touch and slow crystallization.
PAIRING: Ideal for meats, nuts, cured cheese, toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil and roasts.
CONSERVATION: Store in a cool, dry place.
