NECESSER COL. EUROPEAN DOVE
This design is inspired by the European Turtle Dove "Streptopelia turtur", a small but slender bird, typical of rural areas associated with open fields, meadows and groves with abundant bushy vegetation, preferably next to grasslands and farmland where they feed. Their arrival in March and April heralds spring. Symbol of faithful love, being used in colloquial language lovebirds as synonymous with a couple in love. The colorful colors of its wings mix brown, black and ocher colors, which contrast with its pink chest and bluish-grey head.
In recent decades it has suffered a continuous regression, due to the pressure it undergoes during migration due to its consideration as a hunting species.
