Returns, changes and transport of products:

Transport  and delivery in Spain peninsula. 

The maximum period to request a return or exchange is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order by the customer.

How to request a return or exchange?

• Call 91 848 2 249 / 690618778 from Monday to Friday from 12 to 7:00 p.m. or send an email to info@montnature.com.
• Indicate the buyer's information, the name of the product and the date of purchase.
• Indicate reason for return or exchange (defective product, change of product for another, etc.)
• Put the sheet received in the order inside the package, indicating whether it is a return or exchange and the necessary data if the amount of the returned product or the new product must be returned in the event of an exchange.
• For the return to be accepted, it must meet the conditions of our return and exchange policy indicated in the following points.

  • To make the change or return, the customer must indicate the following on the invoice received in the order (if the invoice is not available, write down the data on a sheet with the order number, ID of the person who made the purchase and a telephone number contact details): in the case of a return, the reason for it and a current account code where we can make a transfer in your favor within the next 7 working days upon receipt.
  • In the case of change we will need to know the item you want (model, brand, size, color, etc.), if there is availability of the new requested product, it will be sent within 15 working days and if there is no availability, you will be notified and it will be treated as a return.
  • Any product that you want to change or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.
  • No changes or returns will be accepted for screen-printed or personalized items, and in the case of those products that require some modification for their sale.
