QUICK BUY GUIDE
Buying at Montnature is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
Categories:
1. Choose the category (eg Sustainable Fashion) or among the brands and producers (eg Mellifera), Featured products, (selection of products among the different categories)
Once inside you will see all their products, click on the product that interests you (eg pure honey). If you click on the photo, you can see it enlarged and in more detail. In the product sheets you can find detailed information about the products, weight, composition, production, etc.
If you are clear about it, in many cases you can add them to the basket and continue shopping directly from the category to make a faster purchase.

2. Add the product you want to buy to your basket by clicking on "Add". If you want more units of the same product, indicate the quantity in the tab located on the "Add" button.
From each page de product you can return to the Category to which it belongs or to the beginning of the Store.
You can add as many products as you need, but remember that the maximum weight limit per shipment is 10 Kg.
From products you can easily add the items to your Wishlist, so that in future purchases it will be easier for you to complete the order.

3. Once all the products you need have been added, access My basket to view your order.
4. Once added to your basket, a screen will appear with the detailed order summary and it will give you the option to check the box "Enter promotional code" or "Add note" in case you want to send your order with gift packaging and even accompany it of a gift card with the text that you indicate. Also if you want to give us any instructions or if you need a legal invoice, (in which case you must provide us with the tax information: Name Surname/ Company Name NIF/CIF, tax address, telephone number.)
5. You can also choose shipping way:
1. We bring the mountain home: home delivery 24/72 h With a cost based on the weight of the order. Remember that the maximum weight allowed is 10 kg. If you need more, contact us.

6. Review the information of your order and if you have already finished your order, click on “finalize purchase”. You have two options:
1: Payment and shipping options:
Choose shipping method: choose this option if you want to pay by transfer (Offline Payment) It also gives the option of paying by card or Paypal account. Enter a promo code (if you didn't include it in My Basket)
2: Complete the purchase through the PayPal platform, where you can pay with your account or with a card without the need for a PayPal account.
7. Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your order, which will be sent as soon as possible from our warehouses. We will inform you of the status of your order by email until effective delivery occurs.
And you already have your piece of mountain!
User register:
You can register to finish the purchase faster, add your personal information, shipping address and payment methods. With this option you can create your personalized shopping list.
If you are already registered, you must enter your username and password and your data will appear automatically in each order. You can change them whenever you need.
You can repeat your orders both from your "My wishlist" and from the history of your orders (in the "My orders" section of the "My account" section).
PACKAGING INFORMATION: All our suppliers present their products in an elegant packaging made consciously with 100% recycled materials, avoiding the use of plastics. The boxes are self-assembling. The articles are presented on recycled paper/wood or raffia shavings. Label inks are eco-solvent.
